Q- What type of photo should I send in?
A– The closer the shot is to the subject
matter, the finer the detail your
personalized image within crystal will be.
Pictures high in contrast turn out superior.
Please do not send dark pictures, or
pictures where the foreground and background
are the same colour (IE person wearing white
sitting in front of a white wall)

Q-
What size must my photo be?
A– Any
photo size will work for the laser engraving
process. Simply scan the image if it isn’t
already a digital image, and submit. We will
scale it to the size of the crystal. Please
try to keep file sizes under 4 megabytes.

Q- Can
you edit my photo?
A– We apply a rectangular crop to your photo
to effectively size and remove from the
sides unnecessary space wastage. By
submitting a photo to us you authorize our
designers to use discretion and crop your
photos without providing notification. If
you do not want us to crop the photo and
would prefer that we leave it as is, please
indicate that in the comments field when you
submit your order.

Q-
Will
any photo we provide be accepted by
Crystallize It Inc?
A–
Crystallize It will work with any photo,
provided it is not a copyright image. If you
plan to submit such an image, it must be
accompanied by a scanned copy of a waiver by
the original photography company authorizing
duplication. The legal excerpt from our

How long does it take to receive our
order?
A– On average 5 days anywhere in Canada.
During holiday season it could take up to 7
days. If your order is urgent, please
indicate when you need it by in the comments
field. We will do our best to accommodate
your request.

Q-
What is the difference between 2D & 3D?
A– 2D
Crystals are your photo suspended in crystal
as you send it. You can see the image from
the front and the reverse image from the
back. The image will never wear, tear, or
fade away and is etched within crystal
forever. Costing starts at $20 and goes up
based on size. You can fit as many people as
are in the photo you provide.
3D Crystals are focused mainly on the face
of the subject. We add depth to the facial
features to actually create a profile of the
face and laser etch the ‘head’ and partial
‘bust’ within crystal. We remove all backgrounds as the
focus is on the 3D facial impression(s). The
final result is a 3D likeness of the
individual(s) laser etched in our newest
diamond shape crystal. Costing is $100 and
allows up to 2 faces within the crystal

How do we establish an account to resell
your product?
A– Contact us directly. We currently have
resellers spanning coast-to-coast across
Canada who are excited about the product and
are effectively marketing in their
respective territories. If you feel your
company equity and products are
complementary to ours, we would be

Q-
Where are you located? Can we come to you
to pick up our order OR to conduct 3D scans?
A– Our corporate head office is based in
Toronto with a manufacturing facility 1 hour
North of the City. All crystals are
streamlined and shipped direct. Additionally
3D facial impressions are conducted as
promotional offerings at intervals
throughout the year at various retail
locations. Unfortunately we do not
accommodate sittings at our facility.
